Family-run Tepito taqueria open since 1962, best known for its tripa (crispy beef intestine) tacos. A neighborhood institution in Tepito's barrio bravo, Tacos Ramiro has served traditional tacos -- suadero, bistec, cochinita, carnitas and above all tripa -- since 1962. On weekends the menu adds pancita (tripe stew), and the stand pours tepache alongside its well-regarded salsas.
